This hipster establishment with DJ’s claims to be the “Home of the Chicken and Waffle Sandwich.” There are establishments in Oakland and Los Angeles who would vociferously dispute that claim. Anyway, try it for yourself and be the judge. In addition to sandwiches, it features a small but attractive breakfast menu of staple items. Located near the Civic Center, it easy to frequent when visit City Hall or Bill Graham Auditorium, it is convenient for most downtown guests and visitors, simply by hoping on BART, Muni Metro and Muni Market Streetcar.
