This Creole restaurant is perfectly located near Hermosa Beach. Rest your feet after visiting the brach Prices are on the high side compared to other Creole cafes in LA, but its probably because of the upscale beach location. The Oyster Platter, Shrimp Etouffe (Yum Yum!), Jambalaya, Catfish Pontchartrain, Blackened Cajun Fried Chicken, Cajun BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Crabcakes, Frog Legs and Sweet Potato Fries are staples. They also serve Blackened Sea Bass, Steak and Alligator Meat. For dessert, consider the light and fluffy beignets. Call ahead for evenings, since small groups sometimes book a section of the cafe.
