Chris McNair Studios
DESCRIPTION: Established in 1962, this photography and art studio was developed by Chris McNair, Birmingham political activist and father of Denise McNair, one of the four little girls killed in the bombing in 1963. It offers custom photography, copying and restoration, one-hour photos, studio portraits, special event photography, graphic art and design, custom framing. It is also an art gallery with social and professional stationery, gift shop, and banquet facilities. It had a memorial dedicated to Denise McNair that included her clothing, toys, drawings and photographs.
