DESCRIPTION: Buffet restaurant since 1995; Lenn Storey started Son's Place after his father Deacon Burton died, after running Deacon Burton's Place for over 60 years; you're greeted by old school R&B and Gospel; every week Lenn he puts a new Bible message on the menu board and if you're a new-comer, Lenn rings one of his freedom bells to announce you to the customers; hosts everyone from locals to Mayor Shirley Franklin to worldwide visitors who also bring him freedom bells; the food is so good, some customers break out in song
